The following information is provided by the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") and provides important educational and policy information concerning gTLD domain name registrations, your rights, and your responsibilities:

	ICANN Registrant Educational Materials	This document provides a "plain language" summary of ICANN policies and registrar requirements. These policies apply to ICANN-authorized generic top-level domain registrations. Country-code TLD registrations (two-letter top-level domain names) may have different rules and policies.
	Domain Name Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities	This document provides an overview of domain registrant rights and responsibilities in ICANN-authorized TLDs. Country-code TLD registrations may have different rules and policies.

Registration Agreements and Related Documents

	Registration and Service Agreement	The Registration and Service Agreement, and the policies and documents incorporated in it, are the terms under which you may register domain names and purchase other services from us. The Registration and Service Agreement provides important information about domain transfer, expiration and renewal procedures.
	Uniregistry Marketplace Terms	These terms apply to use of the Uniregistry Marketplace, and include additional terms applying to domain names listed in the Uniregistry Marketplace.
